Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Neuro-Linguistic Programming

What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming?

Is the perception of our experiences and how one decodes them.

Let's start by explaining the words one by one.

Neuro- refers to our nervous system and our mind which directly affect our thoughts, our psychology and our body.

Linguistic- refers to the words and phrases and how to use them. How much do the words we use influence us and how we build our psychic world piece by piece, like a puzzle, through the words and expressions we use everyday.

Programming- Like the computer executes orders and instructions of any program, the same goes for our brain. We plan our moves, our thoughts and our actions through our experiences.

The NLP Planning began with the recording of successful psychotherapy methods after studying people with high skills. That techniques were first used by Richard Butler and John Grinter and evolved into a sophisticated tool, part of psychology, for self-improvement and personal development.

Summarizing the above, the Neuro-Linguistic Programming is the restart of our mind and the

reprogramming of our thoughts with regular models and strategies, arranged in such

order that all paths lead us to the positive side of things. Even through negative events occur,

we have the opportunity to identify the strengths and choose the solutions that will lead us to success and achievement of our goals.
